Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds: Fees are 100% refundable up until the conclusion of the first week of the registered course(s). After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon acknowledgement of cancellation request. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
